Watches are eligible for return or refund within 14 days from the date the package is delivered. All returned watches will be thoroughly inspected for any signs of wear, tear, or damage. Any such signs may negatively impact the customer’s refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. All watches are delivered with a transparent protective tape and a secure seal that does not obstruct inspection of the watch. If the tape is removed or the seal is broken, returns will not be accepted.
