The watch is offered as a complete full set, including the original outer box, presentation box, document holder, Santos Watches booklet, Santos de Cartier manual booklet, Cartier “Representants Agrees” booklet, and Certificat De Garantie Internationale dated 10.12.1993, along with our PW Certificate of Authenticity and PW Service Certificate.

Originally designed in 1904 and refined into the Galbée form in 1987, the Santos remains one of the most important wristwatch designs ever created. This reference features the signature curved case, exposed screws, Roman numeral dial, and integrated steel & gold bracelet, combining timeless elegance with everyday wearability.

Buyers are responsible for any duties and taxes for watches shipped internationally (outside the EU). We do not ship on weekends. For security, delivery is made only to the person named on the order. A valid ID and the tracking number, provided prior to shipping, will be required upon receipt.

Watches are eligible for return or refund within 14 days from the date the package is delivered. All returned watches will be thoroughly inspected for any signs of wear, tear, or damage. Any such signs may negatively impact the customer’s refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. All watches are delivered with a transparent protective tape and a secure seal that does not obstruct inspection of the watch. If the tape is removed or the seal is broken, returns will not be accepted. In the unlikely event that a return package goes missing during transit, insurance claims will be processed, and a refund will be issued only upon completion of the insurance claim.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover water or moisture damage, natural wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by misuse or improper handling. The warranty also excludes external components such as the bracelet, glass, dial, hands, pushers, crown, and bezel, as well as any work performed by unauthorized service providers.

While we take every measure to ensure reliability, water resistance is not guaranteed on vintage watches, unless explicitly stated in writing.
