This is not just a vintage dive watch—it’s a cornerstone of horological history. The Omega Seamaster 300 Ref. 2913-5SC, produced in 1957, is part of Omega’s legendary 1957 trilogy, alongside the Speedmaster and Railmaster. As the brand’s first true professional dive watch, this reference laid the foundation for all that followed.
This example is in very good condition and was fully serviced by our in-house Omega-certified watchmaker in June 2025. It features the original Omega plexiglass crystal, complete with the correct center-etched logo. Most notably, it retains the ultra-rare crown made exclusively for this reference, featuring the mythical “Mercedes” symbol inside the Omega logo—signifying Omega’s famed triple resistance: to magnetism, pressure, and moisture.
The dial is remarkably well preserved, with no defects or restorations—only natural signs of aging that lend it authentic vintage character. The text and Omega logo remain crisp and flawless, while the hour markers and Arabic numerals have developed a beautiful, even patina, free from artificial wear or damage.
The watch is fitted with its original Omega 7077 flat-link bracelet, dated 1958, complete with the first-generation short buckle and rare double-spring links. The springs have been carefully replaced using genuine Omega parts. The bracelet fits wrists up to 19 cm.
Housed in a 39mm stainless steel case with its signature bi-directional bezel and broad-arrow hands, this Seamaster 300 is powered by the Omega Caliber 500—the very movement that powered the first Omega Seamaster 300, of which this watch is a part. This reference also introduced the O-ring gasket, a groundbreaking innovation that dramatically improved water resistance and durability, setting Omega apart from its contemporaries.
The watch comes complete with its original Omega outer box and Swiss-made presentation box, a rare bonus for a watch of this age and importance.
For the collector seeking authenticity, provenance, and a key piece of Omega’s tool-watch heritage, this Seamaster 300 2913-5SC is an exceptional opportunity—rich in design, innovation, and legacy.

Founded in 1848 by Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, Omega has become one of the most celebrated names in the history of watchmaking. Now headquartered in Biel/Bienne, Omega continues to represent the perfect fusion of Swiss craftsmanship, pioneering spirit, and timeless design. Each Omega timepiece is a testament to excellence — worn by explorers, astronauts, athletes, and visionaries who trust only the very best.
The Seamaster, introduced in 1948, embodies elegance and endurance, designed for those who venture beneath the waves and beyond — including the world’s most famous secret agent, James Bond. The Aqua Terra brings together maritime heritage and refined sophistication, making it a perfect balance of sport and style. And the legendary Speedmaster, launched in 1957, became the first watch worn on the Moon, accompanying NASA astronauts during the historic Apollo 11 mission in 1969.
To wear an Omega is to carry a piece of history — a symbol of achievement, adventure, and precision. Each watch reflects more than 175 years of horological mastery, created for those who appreciate innovation, authenticity, and the enduring beauty of true Swiss luxury.
