Watches are eligible for return or refund within 14 days from the date the package is delivered. All returned watches will be thoroughly inspected for any signs of wear, tear, or damage. All watches are delivered with a transparent protective tape and a secure seal that does not obstruct inspection of the watch. If the tape is removed or the seal is broken, returns will not be accepted. In the unlikely event that a return package goes missing during transit, insurance claims will be processed, and a refund will be issued only upon completion of the insurance claim.
